• Develop and enhance international risk management capacity.
• Lead internal marketing and sensitization activities.
• Conduct in-depth market research, client and competitor analyses.
• Identify and analyze business opportunitie
• Lead and conduct destination analysis tasks for clients.
• Manage international information collection activities.
• Lead Travel Risk Management sales activities, proposal development, TRM program design, and implementation.
• Develop and deliver client presentations.
• Develop and strengthen internal systems and processes.
• Coordinate involvement of multiple personnel in project delivery.
• Support the development and growth of team members.
• Support Strategic Advisory initiatives as required.
• Complete average of 24 billable hours per week (60 percent). 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Security Studies, or related.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Independent, able to multitask under pressure.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in risk management and business acumen.
